Welcome to Cosmic Soul Whisperer. By booking or attending any session, service, retreat, program, course, or event facilitated by Samridhi Purohit and/or the Cosmic Soul Whisperer brand, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms exist to maintain the energetic purity, ethical clarity, and structural integrity of all offerings provided under this banner.

These are not just policies — they are energetic agreements, designed to support soul sovereignty, mutual respect, and spiritually-safe spaceholding.

✨ Foundation of This Work

All offerings through Cosmic Soul Whisperer are rooted in Soul-Sourced Sovereignty. My role as a spiritual channel, guide, and facilitator is to hold a clean, coherent field where your inner wisdom can surface, your blueprint can realign, and your evolution can unfold in its own divine rhythm.

I do not fix, save, or override your process. I hold sacred space while you meet yourself. Every offering is shared with the intention:
“May this be for your highest light, healing, and evolution — and nothing less.”

🔑 General Terms

• Booking any offering implies full agreement with these Terms of Service.

• Full payment (or approved payment plan) is required before participation.

• Payment is an exchange for time, energy, space, skill, and presence — not for a guaranteed result.

• I reserve the right to decline or end any service, session, or container if it feels misaligned or unsafe, with full integrity and respect.

• All offerings are for educational and spiritual growth. Nothing is medical, legal, or financial advice.

🌈 Eligibility & Voluntary Participation

By booking or participating in any offering with Cosmic Soul Whisperer, you confirm that:

• 🧘‍♀️ You are of legal age in your country (18+ or the legal age of consent for spiritual or healing services).

• 🌟 You are engaging in this work of your own free will and choice, with clear awareness of its spiritual and transformational nature.

• 💫 You understand that outcomes depend on your active participation, discernment, and integration beyond the sessions or offerings themselves.

🌟 Client Responsibility (All Offerings)

You are expected to participate from a place of personal agency, maturity, and spiritual responsibility. This work is not therapy or a crisis intervention space. It requires emotional regulation and grounded self-awareness.

• You are fully responsible for your wellbeing — physically, emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically.

• You are encouraged to seek licensed medical or psychological support where needed.

• You agree to enter into all offerings from a self-led space — not from dependency, saviour-seeking, or projection.

• Your discernment, integration, and boundary awareness are vital and respected.

🌀 1:1 Sessions (Readings, Mentorship, Energy Work)

Booking & Payment

• Full payment confirms your session.

• Appointments are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing beforehand.

Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Online sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before start time.

• In-person sessions require a minimum 24-hour rescheduling notice.

• Late arrivals (15+ minutes) are considered a no-show.

• No refunds for no-shows — a new booking is required.

Refunds

• No refunds are offered for completed or missed sessions.

• In rare, facilitator-approved cases, a credit may be applied to future services.

🔥 Group Programs, Courses, Workshops & Events

Booking & Payment

• Your place is secured only upon full payment or a confirmed payment plan.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Participation & Presence

• These containers are not entertainment. You’re expected to show up with full presence, emotional maturity, and commitment to your growth.

• This work invites depth. Please do not join if you’re not ready to engage sincerely.

Rescheduling / Transfers

• Your enrollment is non-transferable.

• Group sessions cannot be rescheduled, though in exceptional circumstances, the program may be paused or extended at the facilitator’s discretion.

• Full payment is required prior to participation and is non-refundable, including in cases of pauses or extensions.

• Programs are not paused or extended for individual circumstances unless explicitly approved in writing.

Emotional Readiness

• You agree to participate at your own discretion.

• These offerings are not suitable for those currently in crisis or lacking appropriate emotional, spiritual, or medical support.

🌈 Energetic Code of Ethics (All Group Containers)

The field we co-create is sacred. To protect it:

• Consent Culture: Do not offer coaching, advice, energy work, or personal feedback unless explicitly invited by the facilitator.

• Energetic Sovereignty: You are responsible for your projections, reactivity, and self-regulation.

• Confidentiality: What is shared in the group remains confidential.

• Respect: All identities, experiences, and perspectives are welcome. Discrimination, dominance, or bypassing will not be tolerated.

• No Saviorism: You are not here to fix, rescue, counsel, or manage others.

• Container Integrity: The facilitator holds the energetic structure. You are not here to lead, teach, or promote your own work unless explicitly invited.

Violation of these principles may result in immediate removal from the container, without refund.

🔮 International Retreats (Egypt & Beyond)

Retreats are advanced ceremonial journeys governed by a separate Retreat Agreement. By applying or attending, you agree to all logistical, financial, and energetic terms specific to that retreat.

Summary of Key Retreat Conditions:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Travel insurance is mandatory.

• Final payment is due at least 30 days prior.

• Participation requires respect for the collective field and facilitator leadership.

• Retreat spaces are only confirmed upon acceptance of the Retreat Agreement.

• Breaches of retreat ethics may result in removal without refund.

🔱 Facilitator Boundaries

This work flows through a finely attuned channel and a deeply held nervous system. To honour the sacredness, sustainability, and integrity of this path:

✨ Guidance, insight, or support must occur within a paid, agreed-upon container — such as a 1:1 session, group call, program, or retreat.

✨ Friendships, casual chats, or social connections do not override professional boundaries. Being close doesn’t mean free energetic access. If you need deep support, you deserve a dedicated space to receive it fully.

✨ I do not offer:
– Spontaneous readings or channelings via DMs or text
– Uninvited coaching or emotional processing outside set containers
– Freeholding space or feedback outside what has been consciously co-created

✨ I reserve the right to disengage from communication or dynamics that feel bypassing, energetically draining, or boundary-violating.

This is not distance or coldness — it's devotion to the sacredness of the work, to the container we’re in, and to serving from overflow rather than depletion.

• I make no claims to heal or cure.

• You agree to all terms above.

• You take full responsibility for your wellbeing, process, and participation.

• You engage with spiritual maturity, respect, and reverence for the space.

• You release Samridhi Purohit and Cosmic Soul Whisperer from any liability related to your participation, outcomes, or interpretations.

Joyfully Conscious Egypt Retreat 2026 – Terms of Service

1. Scope of Participation

• This retreat is designed as a participant-focused, soul-awakening journey.

• You are attending to engage fully in your own transformational journey. Support roles, teaching, facilitating, or acting as a spiritual guide for others is not part of this container.

2. Booking & Payments

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Full payment is required 30 days prior to retreat start.

• Payments are via direct bank transfer only; all bank fees or currency conversions are your responsibility.

• Submission of your application and deposit confirms your agreement to these Terms of Service.

3. Health, Safety & Travel

• You are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional readiness for spiritual practices, walking tours, and moderate physical excursions.

• Comprehensive travel and health insurance is required and is your responsibility.

• Samridhi Purohit and the retreat team reserve the right to decline participation if it is deemed unsafe for you or the group.

4. Energetic Code of Conduct

By joining, you commit to uphold the sacred, high-frequency container of the retreat:

• Own Your Journey: You are here for your own growth and inner work; you release the roles of savior, mediator, or caretaker for others.

• No Drama or Gossip: Refrain from triangulation, gossip, or exclusionary behavior.

• Honor the Leader’s Sovereignty: Samridhi guides the retreat energetically; do not attempt to lead, co-facilitate, or teach unless invited.

• Respect Ritual Flow: Arrive on time, honor sacred silence, and manage your energy to support the group.

• Safe Space Custodianship: Hold others’ stories with confidentiality, respect diversity, and celebrate all expressions.

• Integrity: Breach of these agreements may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows

• No partial or full refunds are offered within 45 days of retreat start.

• If you fail to honor these terms, Samridhi Purohit reserves the right to release you from the retreat container with no alternative arrangements or refund.

6. Respect & Conduct During the Retreat

• Treat all participants, guides, hotel staff, and the retreat leader with kindness, respect, and courtesy.

• Any behavior compromising the physical or emotional safety of the group may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Accommodation

• Shared or single room options are available; single supplements apply.

• Rooming arrangements are facilitated in alignment with participant preferences, but final accommodation assignment is subject to availability.

• Any concerns must be addressed directly to the retreat leader.

8. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions:

• Private temple visits and sacred ceremonies (Karnak, Philae, Edfu, Abydos, Dendera).

• Private ceremony between the paws of the Great Sphinx.

• Light Language transmissions & channeled activations at high-frequency sites.

• Daily guided meditations and practices.

• Sunrise hot air balloon ride (optional).

• Felucca sailing and ground transportation as per itinerary.

• English-speaking private guide, entry tickets, airport transfers, welcome & farewell dinners, and tipping for staff included.

Exclusions:

• International flights, visas ($25 each), local flights (Cairo/Luxor/Aswan/Cairo).

• Optional hot air balloon ride.

• Extra meals, drinks, souvenirs, or personal expenses.

• Travel and health insurance.

9. Mobile Phone & Photography

• Phones are to be minimized during sessions, ceremonies, and group activities.

• Photography and recording are restricted to designated times or locations.

• Consent must be obtained before photographing or filming other participants.

10. White Desert Extension (Optional)

• Participants opting in agree to follow the same Code of Conduct, health, and safety responsibilities.

• Extension includes camping and off-road experiences with meals and accommodation as specified.

11. Legal Disclaimer

• All sessions, meditations, teachings, and activations are for spiritual growth, personal empowerment, and educational purposes only.

• These experiences are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

• Participants accept full responsibility for their experiences and release Samridhi Purohit and Cosmic Soul Whisperer from liability.

12. Communication

• All questions, concerns, or feedback must be addressed directly to the retreat leader.

• This ensures a clear, supportive, and high-frequency resolution.

13. Commitment to Presence

• Attendance, punctuality, and active engagement are required for ceremonies, meditations, and group activities.

• Maintaining the integrity of the retreat’s energetic container is essential to the collective experience.

By submitting your application and deposit, you confirm that you:

• Fully understand and agree to these Terms of Service.

• Commit to your own transformational journey and respect the sacred container.

• Accept all responsibilities for travel, health, participation, and personal conduct.
