Welcome to Cosmic Soul Whisperer. By booking or attending any session, service, offering, course, retreat, or event with Samridhi Purohit and Cosmic Soul Whisperer, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These policies are crafted to ensure a safe, sovereign, and empowered experience for all parties involved.

✨ Basis of Services, Sessions, and Offerings

All services offered through Cosmic Soul Whisperer are based on the highest principle of Soul-Sourced Sovereignty. My role is to hold space for you to access your own truth, align with your Higher Self, and reconnect with your unique Soul Blueprint. Sessions are co-creative experiences, where your intention, energy, and free will lead the way.

I do not imprint my soul signature or energy into your field. All services are delivered with purest intention: "only for your highest light and resonance." Your experience is guided by your Higher Self and spirit teams, not by me.

✨ Terms of Service Overview

You must agree to these Terms before booking any session, course, retreat, event, or in-person service. All services must be paid in full before delivery. Booking a service implies full acceptance of these Terms.

🔥 Rescheduling and Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)

• For online services, you may reschedule your session up to 2 hours before your appointment without penalty.

• For in-person services, you must reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.

If you fail to reschedule within the allowed time frame and are a ‘no-show’, no refunds are offered. You may choose to forfeit the appointment or rebook as a fresh paid appointment. I respect life’s unpredictability, and I appreciate your respect for my time as well.

🔥 Cancellations Policy

If you cancel a service without rescheduling, the payment is non-refundable. Rescheduling is always encouraged when possible.

🔥 Late Arrivals Policy

Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, even if you arrive late. Arriving 15 minutes or more late is considered a no-show and follows the Missed Appointments Policy.

🔥 Refunds and Credits

No cash refunds are offered. If you no longer wish to receive the service/package, an in-house credit may be arranged toward other services.

✨ Services and Offerings

By booking a service, you authorize access to your Akashic Records or other soul information relevant to your session. You are purchasing time, presence, expertise, and energy — not a guaranteed specific outcome.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if it feels in the best interest of either party, and I do so with love and respect.

✨ In-Person Services (Workshops, Events, House Clearings, Group Sessions)

Participation in any in-person service or event is at your own discretion and risk. By attending, you accept full personal responsibility for your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Samridhi Purohit and Cosmic Soul Whisperer are not liable for any perceived, actual, or assumed outcomes.

✨ International Retreats (Egypt and Beyond)

We are thrilled to welcome you to a transformative journey. Please take a moment to review the following important terms and guidelines, designed to ensure a sacred and empowering experience for all participants.

Retreat Deposits
Retreat deposits are non-refundable at all times.

Payment
All payments are exclusive of any bank charges or currency conversion fees. These additional costs will be your responsibility.

Travel and Health Insurance

Travel and health insurance are not the responsibility of the retreat leader. It is strongly recommended that you secure comprehensive travel and health insurance to cover any potential issues related to travel, medical needs, cancellations, and unexpected events.

Health and Wellbeing Requirements

By joining the retreat, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit for international travel, spiritual work, and moderate physical excursions (such as temple walks and light hikes). You take full responsibility for assessing your ability to participate and for communicating any concerns before booking. Cosmic Soul Whisperer reserves the right to decline participation if it is deemed unsafe for you or the group.

Each retreat is a living temple, carefully crafted to guide you into deep transformation and healing. By joining, you agree to uphold the energetic integrity of this sacred space. Your commitment to the following principles is essential to maintaining the sanctity of this experience:

💫 I AM HERE FOR MY OWN HEALING
I commit to turning inward before speaking outward. I release the role of savior, fixer, mediator, or emotional caretaker of others. I take full responsibility for my feelings, triggers, and healing.

🧿 I WILL NOT FEED DRAMA
I will not gossip, triangulate, or form exclusionary sub-groups. I recognize that all projections are mine to transmute.

🔥 I RESPECT THE RETREAT LEADER’S SOVEREIGNTY
I honor that Samridhi holds the sacred frequency of this container. I will not attempt to lead, teach, or co-facilitate unless explicitly invited. I understand this is not a stage for my personal brand or identity work.

🕯️ I HONOR THE CONTAINER’S RITUAL FLOW
I commit to being fully present, arriving on time, returning promptly from breaks, and honoring sacred silence. I will keep my phone in designated areas and minimize distractions. I take responsibility for managing my energy and will respect the retreat leader’s guidance on rest and replenishment, knowing it's essential for my wellness and the group's harmony. These practices are vital to honoring the sacred space we’ve co-created.

🌹 I AM A CUSTODIAN OF SAFE SPACE
I will hold others’ stories with reverence and confidentiality. I will release judgment of myself and others. I will celebrate diversity in expression, beliefs, dress, and body language.

🌟 INTEGRITY AND SOVEREIGNTY

I agree that if I breach the integrity of this space, I may be asked to leave. I trust that the retreat leader has the sovereign right to uphold this boundary. I enter this retreat as a sacred pilgrim, in devotion to my own healing and the collective field.

🌟 Refunds, Cancellations, and Termination of Participation

• When you say yes to this retreat, you’re saying yes with your whole heart — and your payment. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued within 45 days of the retreat start date, as everything — from sacred site bookings to hotel rooms — is confirmed well in advance.

• Samridhi Purohit and Cosmic Soul Whisperer lovingly (but firmly) reserve the right to release you from the retreat if you do not honor the terms and conditions of this sacred container. At the unlikely and rare event that this happens, no refunds, no alternative arrangements, and no services will be provided. We trust you to show up fully, respect the container, and honor the magic we’re here to create together.

🌟 Respect and Conduct During the Retreat

By signing up for the retreat, you agree to treat all participants, local guides, bus drivers, hotel staff, the retreat leader, and everyone involved in creating this experience with respect, kindness, and courtesy.

Any mistreatment of an individual or group, or any behavior that compromises the emotional or physical safety of the group, will result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.

🌟Expression of Interest

By submitting your expression of interest, it does not guarantee your seat in the retreat. Samridhi Purohit and Cosmic Soul Whisperer will reach out to you to confirm your place in the retreat. Your participation is conditional upon adherence to the Code of Conduct, the Terms of Service, and the fulfillment of all financial obligations.

By signing this agreement, you affirm your commitment to these guidelines and honor the sacred container of this retreat.

🌟Communication Channel for Complaints

Should you experience any issues or have concerns during the retreat, please reach out directly to the retreat leader as your primary contact. The retreat leader is responsible for addressing any complaints or discomfort you may have and will work to resolve matters in a timely and supportive manner.
It is essential that all communication related to any issues or feedback is directed to the retreat leader, as they will be the central point of contact throughout the retreat.

🌟Accommodation Preferences

If you wish to share a room with someone you know who is also attending the retreat, and both of you mutually agree, please select "Sharing Room." The twin bed sharing charges will apply in this case.

For those traveling solo but open to sharing, the single supplement will be collected upfront, with any adjustments made to your final payment if a suitable roommate is paired. We will do our best to match you with a compatible roommate, but if no match can be made, you will be required to pay for the single room package.

If you wish to change your room sharing situation from shared to single at any point during the retreat, please reach out to the retreat leader to discuss potential solutions. Extra room charges for single accommodation, based on the hotel’s availability and their direct rates, will apply. The retreat leader will work with travel partners and guides to find the best solution for your accommodation needs.

If you have any discomfort with your accommodation at any point, please directly contact the retreat leader to ensure we can ease this for you.

Before confirming your spot in the Joyfully Conscious Egypt Retreat, take a moment to review the inclusions and exclusions. This will ensure you're fully aligned and ready for the magical experience ahead.

Inclusions

Your retreat package covers the following magical experiences:

🛕 Private Temple Visits & Sacred Ceremonies at legendary energy sites like Karnak, Philae (Isis Temple), Edfu, Abydos, and Dendera.
🧬 Light Language Transmissions & Channeled Activations at high-frequency sites.
🧘🏽‍♀️ Daily Guided Meditations for integrating cosmic wisdom and ancient remembrance.
🏜️ A Rare Visit to the Sahara Desert & Siwa Oasis – an untouched spiritual vortex for communion with interdimensional Light Beings.

🚗 Domestic flights (Cairo to Luxor, Aswan to Cairo) and ground transportation as per the itinerary.

Exclusions

Here’s what’s not covered by your retreat package:

✈️ Flights to and from Cairo.
💸 Visa fee (US$25 per person).
🌙 Extra nights before or after the retreat (can be arranged at the same hotel for an additional charge).
🍽️ Meals not covered in the itinerary, including extra drinks, snacks, and personal shopping.
🍷 Drinks are not included with the provided meals.
🧳 Personal expenses including laundry, souvenirs, and optional activities.
📑 Personal Travel Insurance and SIM cards (strongly recommended).
🚖 Airport transfers outside the week of the retreat are not included and are subject to discussion with the retreat leader, potentially incurring additional costs.

By joining the retreat, you’re acknowledging these details and understanding that any additional costs or arrangements outside this package are on you.

🌿 Dietary Details – We Got You Covered!

We’re keeping it strictly vegetarian during the retreat to support your transformation, energy, and physical excursions. No meat, poultry, or fish, but eggs will be on the menu. This diet helps you integrate all the magic and transformations coming your way.

We’ve already collected your dietary needs when you filled out your expression of interest. If anything has changed, just let the retreat leader know in advance so we can make sure you’re well taken care of.

🌟 Mobile Phone and Photography Policy

This retreat is a sacred space, and we trust you to honor the energy we’re co-creating together. To keep the magic flowing and the integrity of this container intact, please follow these friendly guidelines:

Mobile Phones:
We love technology, but for this retreat, your phone is on a break! Please keep phones in designated areas during activities, ceremonies, and group sessions. You’re free to use them during personal breaks or outside group times, but let’s stay fully present for the transformative work happening here.

Photography:
We’ve built in plenty of time for you to capture moments and memories during the retreat. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during sessions, ceremonies, or group activities to honor the privacy of all participants. Feel free to snap personal moments only in designated areas or during free time.

Respect for Others:
Always ask for consent before capturing someone else’s image. Honor their sovereignty, privacy, and the shared sacred space.

Permission to Be Recorded:
By joining this retreat, you grant permission for recordings to be made by the retreat leader to provide replays to participants during and after the retreat. Only non-sensitive moments that align with the integrity and sacredness of the retreat will be shared outside the sacred container.

Group Photos & Promotional Materials:
If you don’t want to be included in group photos or promotional materials, it’s your responsibility to stay out of the frame—especially during the “group photos for the retreat archives.” While we’ll take utmost care to honor your wishes, please take responsibility for your own presence. If you prefer to opt out, just let the retreat leader know in advance, and we’ll fully respect your choice.

🌟 No-Show Policy for Egypt Retreat

No refunds, whether partial or full, will be issued if you fail to attend the retreat or inform the retreat leader of your inability to attend within 45 days of the retreat start date, as all bookings, arrangements, and commitments are made well in advance by that time.

Should you fail to honor the terms and conditions of participation, Samridhi Purohit and Cosmic Soul Whisperer reserve the right to release you from the retreat container. In such cases, no refunds, arrangements, or services will be provided.

We trust you understand the importance of honoring your commitment to this sacred experience and appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain the integrity of the retreat.

✅ By paying your deposit, you joyfully agree to the Terms of Service, including payment deadlines, travel and health responsibilities, energetic conduct, and acceptance that no refunds will be given for events beyond our control (like weather or unexpected closures). You acknowledge that all offerings are for educational and spiritual growth purposes only, not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. You accept full responsibility for your experiences and release Samridhi Purohit and Cosmic Soul Whisperer from any liability. Full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the retreat to secure your spot. We trust you to honor your beautiful commitment! 🌟
