Welcome to Cosmic Soul Whisperer. By booking or attending any session, service, retreat, program, course, product or event facilitated by Samridhi Purohit and/or the Cosmic Soul Whisperer brand, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms exist to maintain the energetic purity, ethical clarity, and structural integrity of all offerings provided under this banner.

These are not just policies — they are energetic agreements, designed to support soul sovereignty, mutual respect, and spiritually-safe spaceholding.

🌈 Eligibility & Voluntary Participation

By Engaging with our services, you confirm that:

You are of legal age in your country of residence
You are participating by free will and conscious choice
You understand this work is spiritual and transformational in nature
Outcomes depend on your engagement, discernment, and integration

🧘‍♀️ Client Responsibility (All Offerings)

You are invited to meet this work with personal agency, emotional maturity, and spiritual responsibility. While these offerings — including Akashic Records readings, energy healing, and spiritual mentorship — can be deeply supportive, healing, and transformative, they are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis intervention, and are best approached with grounded self-awareness.

You remain fully responsible for your wellbeing — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually — throughout your healing and personal growth journey.

You are expected to take ownership of your choices, responses, and integration during and after your session, program, or retreat experience.

You are encouraged to seek licensed medical, psychological, or professional support where appropriate, and to honour your needs with honesty, discernment, and self-leadership.

You agree to engage with this work from a self-led, empowered space, rather than from dependency, projection, or a need to be rescued, validated, or externally guided.

You understand that spiritual healing sessions, intuitive guidance, and energy work may activate emotional, energetic, or life changes, and you take full responsibility for navigating, integrating, and embodying these shifts.

Your discernment, personal boundaries, and integration practices are an essential part of the process and are both expected and respected within all Cosmic Soul Whisperer offerings.

🌀 1:1 Sessions (Healing · Readings · Mentorship)

Booking & Payment:
Full payment is required to secure your 1:1 session, including Akashic Records readings, energy healing sessions, or spiritual mentorship. All bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

Rescheduling:
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Requests within this window may be declined to honour time, energy, and scheduling integrity.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable. Compassion is extended in genuine emergencies at Samridhi’s discretion.

Timeliness:
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend session duration, ensuring fairness and energetic clarity across all client sessions.

Session Preparation:
Please arrive grounded, present, and energetically clear for your session.
Avoid alcohol or any mind-altering substances for at least 24 hours prior to your session to support clarity and depth in your spiritual reading or healing experience.
A notepad and pen are recommended for reflection and integration.

Client Responsibility:
These sessions support spiritual growth, emotional healing, and energetic alignment, and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or emergency care.

🔥 Workshops · Programs · Group Containers · Retreats

Booking & Payment:
Your place in any workshop, spiritual program, online course, or retreat is confirmed only upon full payment or an approved payment plan.

Cancellations & Refunds:
All offerings are non-refundable once commenced. Spiritual retreats and in-person experiences follow their specific agreements shared at enrolment.

Transfers & Scheduling:
Enrolments are non-transferable. Scheduled group sessions, workshops, and programs cannot be rescheduled by participants.

In certain circumstances, the facilitator reserves the right to reschedule, pause, extend, or adjust session timings, with advance notice and appropriate consideration for the group wherever possible.

Commitment & Integrity:
These group containers and spiritual development spaces require full presence, personal responsibility, and energetic alignment. By enrolling, you agree to honour both your own journey and the shared group experience.

You are expected to engage with self-awareness and respect, taking responsibility for your emotions and personal process without projecting onto others or the group.

This is a facilitator-led space. It is not a platform for leading, advising, or redirecting the container to meet personal needs.

You are responsible for how you contribute — including the energy, tone, and intention you bring — and for maintaining a grounded, respectful, and non-intrusive presence within the group field.

Client Responsibility:
All offerings are transformational, intuitive, and spiritual in nature, and do not replace therapy, medical care, or crisis support services.

✨ Code of Ethics & Community Agreements

Applies to all 1:1 sessions, group programs, workshops, retreats, and spiritual containers by Cosmic Soul Whisperer and Samridhi Purohit.

Confidentiality

All personal sharing, experiences, and information within any container are strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose, record, or share other participants’ personal details or experiences in any form.

Energetic Sovereignty & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own energy, emotional responses, choices, projections, and integration. This work requires self-leadership, emotional maturity, and active participation in your own spiritual and personal development.

Respect & Inclusion

This is a respectful, inclusive, and emotionally safe space. Discrimination, harassment, coercion, spiritual bypassing, or harmful behaviour of any kind is not permitted.

Consent Culture

Do not offer unsolicited coaching, advice, intuitive guidance, or energy work to others unless explicitly invited by Samridhi. You agree not to redirect, correct, or interfere with another participant’s personal process.

Integrity of Group Field

You are responsible for how you show up within the group container and for the energy, tone, and intention you contribute to the shared field. This includes respecting the facilitator-led nature of the space and not attempting to lead, dominate, or reposition yourself as an authority unless invited.

Container Protection

Samridhi reserves the right to remove any participant from a container at her sole discretion if conduct is misaligned, disruptive, or breaches these agreements. Removal may occur without refund to protect the integrity of the space.

🔱 Facilitator Boundaries

All intuitive guidance, Akashic insight, energy healing, and spiritual mentorship is offered exclusively within structured, paid containers such as 1:1 sessions, group programs, workshops, or retreats.

Casual communication, social media interaction, or personal connection does not include access to ongoing guidance or energetic support. If deeper support is desired, you are welcome to enter a dedicated container.

I do not offer:
– Unscheduled readings, intuitive guidance, or channeling via DM or message
– Emotional processing or coaching outside booked sessions
– Free spiritual advice, energy work, or ongoing support outside agreed containers

I reserve the right to disengage from communication that feels misaligned, energetically draining, or outside the scope of this work.

This is not distance — it is devotion to clarity, sustainability, and the integrity of the work.

📜 General Legal & Spiritual Terms

Agreement:
By booking any session, program, or retreat, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies on the website.

Legal Capacity:
You confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence and are engaging by conscious, informed choice.

Spiritual Nature:
All offerings are an exchange for Samridhi’s time, intuitive gifts, and facilitation. No outcomes, results, or interpretations are guaranteed, and individual experience may vary based on personal discernment and integration.

🔒 Privacy, Confidentiality & Content Use

All personal information, session content, and client experiences are held with the highest level of confidentiality and care.

No identifying information or personal circumstances are ever disclosed.

From time to time, anonymised insights, themes, or generalised case examples may be used for educational or inspirational purposes. These may include teaching-style scenarios based on session themes, always shared in a way that protects full client confidentiality and privacy.

1:1 session clips or excerpts are only ever used where explicit consent has been provided via the client intake form.

All shared material is carefully prepared to ensure that no personally identifiable details are revealed, and individual privacy is fully respected at all times.

Group Sessions / Meditations

By enrolling in and participating in group sessions, meditations, workshops, or live containers, you acknowledge and consent that group interactions, teachings, and shared space may be used as part of educational, inspirational, or promotional content, including online sharing.

Only selected clips or short excerpts are shared, never full sessions, and always with full respect for participants and the integrity of the group field.

All content shared from these containers remains the intellectual property of Cosmic Soul Whisperer and may not be recorded, reproduced, shared, or redistributed by participants in any form.

📼 Session Recordings (1:1)

By booking a 1:1 session with Samridhi, you consent to the session being recorded for internal reference only. This supports full presence, depth, and accuracy during your Akashic Records reading, energy healing session, or spiritual mentorship experience, without the need for note-taking or interruption of the live energetic field.

Recordings are not provided as part of the offering and are intentionally not shared as standard. This is a conscious design choice of the 1:1 container to support deeper integration, embodiment, and energetic processing of your session experience.

Due to the nature of Akashic Records readings, energy healing, and spiritual mentorship, repeatedly revisiting recorded material can sometimes keep the nervous system and mind engaged in looping patterns rather than supporting full energetic completion and embodiment. This work is designed to move energy through experience, not intellectual repetition.

To support integration, clients receive a personalised post-session integration email and are invited to engage with additional offerings, programs, and resources within Cosmic Soul Whisperer that are specifically designed to support grounding, energetic clearing, embodiment, and integration. These are often more effective for completing energetic cycles and anchoring transformation than replaying session content.

In rare and considered circumstances, if a recording is assessed by Samridhi as essential or significantly supportive for a client’s integration process, it may be shared at Samridhi’s sole discretion.

All recordings remain the intellectual property of Cosmic Soul Whisperer and Samridhi Purohit and are for internal use only.

Akashic Records readings, energy healing sessions, spiritual mentorship, transmissions, session recordings, written insights, emails, program materials, course content, frameworks, teachings, methodologies, guided processes, and any related verbal or written communication

are the exclusive intellectual property of Cosmic Soul Whisperer and Samridhi Purohit.

All offerings are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial use only by the client who has received them.

No part of any offering may be copied, recorded, reproduced, screen-recorded, shared, distributed, published, taught, or used for commercial purposes in any form, whether online or offline, without prior written consent from Samridhi Purohit. The use of note-taking automation tools, transcription software, or recording applications is also strictly prohibited.

This restriction includes, but is not limited to, direct session content, excerpts, summaries, interpretations, teachings derived from sessions, reframed guidance, or any derivative work based on or inspired by the material received within any container.

Any unauthorised use, replication, or distribution of Cosmic Soul Whisperer intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access to services and/or legal action where appropriate.
